COUNTRYBROOK FARMS will only warranty woody trees & shrubs up to 3 months after date of purchase on DEFECTIVE PLANTS ONLY. This does not warranty plants damaged by conditions beyond our control such as improper or delayed planting, insufficient watering or care, extreme weather, damage due to insects, animals or disease, failure to blossom, transportation or mechanical injury or winter damage.

PLANT REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE ISSUED.
