At Countrybrook Farms, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Below you’ll find our general store policies regarding returns, warranty coverage, delivery guidelines, and special-order information. If you have any questions, please contact us—we’re always here to help. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Because most of our products include live plant material, seasonal décor, and specialty items, return eligibility varies by product category. 

Live Plants 

  • Trees & shrubs follow our 3-month warranty policy 
  • Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, hanging baskets, roses, vines, fruit trees, and sod are not returnable or warrantied 
  • Discounted plant material (40%+ off) is final sale 

Hardgoods (non-plant items) 

  • Must be unused and in resellable condition 
  • Returns accepted within 14 days with receipt 
  • Seasonal, holiday, or clearance items may have limited return eligibility 

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us. 

Plant Warranty Policy 

Our warranty applies only to full-price trees and shrubs and covers survival for three months from purchase. 

It does not cover: 

  • Weather damage 
  • Disease or insects 
  • Improper planting 
  • Negligence or under-watering 
  • Winter kill 
  • Plants dug up without instruction 
  • Plants discounted 40% or more

Delivery Policy 

We offer delivery for bulk materials and plant material to Hudson, Nashua, Litchfield, Pelham, and many surrounding towns. 

Requirements 

  • Delivery minimums vary by town 
  • Fees depend on distance and material type 
  • Loam & compost are limited to local delivery only 
  • During peak season (May–June), availability may be limited 

Please call the store for the most accurate scheduling information. 

Special Orders 

Special orders, including Yoder Smokers and certain wholesale or hardscape items, may require a non-refundable deposit.
For Yoder units, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold or reserve a smoker. 

Delivery times vary by vendor and season.
