Tree & Shrub Warranty
At Countrybrook Farms, we stand behind the quality of our trees and shrubs. Our 3-month warranty protects your investment and reflects our commitment to providing healthy, vigorous plants suited to New England landscapes.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the survival of trees and shrubs for three months from the date of purchase.
Warranty
Your plant is covered for:
- Full survival for 3 months
- Replacement or store credit equal to the purchase price
Note: Labor and delivery are not included.
As per the official policy:
- Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, hanging baskets
- Fruit trees, roses, vines, sod
- Weather-related damage
- Insects or disease
- Negligence or improper watering
- Failure to blossom
- Winter damage
- Acts of nature
- Plants sold at 40% off or more
- Transplanted plants
Plants that die due to water bans or lack of watering are not warrantied.
- You must provide a receipt or appear in our purchase database
- The warranty is void if the plant is dug up without our instruction
- Our staff must assess the plant condition
If eligible, we will issue a replacement plant or store credit.
- Follow our official Watering Guide
- Use Root Stimulator and Start-N-Grow at planting
- Monitor soil moisture regularly
- Water deeply up until the ground freezes and as soon as it thaws
